UPDATE: Police Identify Motorcyclist Killed in Crash
The motorcyclist killed may have been same one police pursued earlier. The westbound bike crashed on County Road E near the Splat Tag Paintball Park and Game Unlimited Hunting Club.
UPDATE (4:55 p.m., Sept. 3, 2012): The motorcyclist killed has been identified at David Boyce, 34, of Baldwin, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol. The crash remains under investigation. --- ORIGINAL POST (1:20 a.m., Sept. 3, 2012): A motorcyclist is dead after a crash just after 10 p.m. on Sunday at County Road E near 103rd Street, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol. According to the State Patrol, the bike may have fled from police earlier, but it was not involved in a chase at the time of the crash. The driver was headed westbound, toward the four corners of the Town of Hudson, the Town of St. Joseph, the Town of Warren and the Town of Richmond, near the Splat Tag Paintball Park and Game Unlimited Hunting Club. I listened to this on the scanner last night...all he had to do was stop. Very sad and I feel for the victims family as well as the officer who was pursuing him earlier.   more ›
