Hudson Man Charged With DWI and Fleeing Police, While Possessing a Gun
A 52-year-old Hudson man was charged by the Washington County Attorney’s Office with second-degree DWI, fleeing police on a motorcycle and possessing a pistol while under the influence of alcohol.
A Hudson man faces felony charges after he allegedly fled Washington County deputies on a motorcycle, while he was under the influence of alcohol and in possession of a handgun. Christian Rask Fauchald, 52, was charged by the Washington County Attorney’s Office with second-degree DWI, fleeing police in a motor vehicle and possessing a pistol while under the influence of alcohol. According to the criminal complaint: Washington County deputies were on routine patrol on Highway 95 in Bayport just before midnight on Sept. 1 when they saw a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed.
