Students, Professors Rave About UW-River Falls Hudson Center as it Finishes Inaugural Semester
Eight professors and more than 235 students have used the new education facility in its inaugural semester.
The UW-River Falls Hudson Center, a three-classroom facility at the corner of Carmichael and Hanley, has completed its inaugural semester of classes to rave reviews from both professors and students. "It has a nice feel to it, and it's really convenient," said Ken Rentz, a River Falls resident who works in Hastings, MN, full time as a data analyst. "I live just 10 miles down the road and I don't have to drive to the cities to attend night classes at one of the colleges there." Eight UW-River Falls faculty members held classes at Hudson Center this semester, but none work exclusively out of the facility.
