The goal of the Hudson Grocery Cooperative is to open a community owned grocery store in downtown Hudson.  We will focus on providing locally grown, healthful food to the downtown neighborhood.

Our blog, like our future store, is intended to educate people on the benefits of healthy living, knowing where your food comes from, and enjoying products grown and made by our neighbors.  We will feature recipies, tips on using unusual foods, ideas for extending the local produce season, and more.  Several people will contribute articles, including Suzanne Hambleton, Taren Weyer, Michelle Paulisich, and Suzy Fallon.
