  Agave is hands down my favorite place in town. I'm a big fan of their filet mignon sliders and tenderloin tacos. Also, the environment is very versatile. It's a good place to take a date for dinner. It's a good place to take a business client for lunch. It's a good place to watch the game, or to just tip some back with friends on a Friday night.

  I ate at this joint just about every weekday when I worked in downtown Bellevue. If there was no line, I was in and out with sandwich in hand in about 90 seconds. On days where there was a line backed up to the door, it still took less than five minutes.
