About Sue
I own Chapter2Books on 2nd St. I am/was a teacher. I taught US History at a Catholic HS and in the St Paul schools. I also had a job I loved at the MN History Center for about 5 yrs. I did the average amount of volunteering in my kids' schools and an above average amount of volunteering "coaching" green clubs in high schools.
My husband is grateful every day to be married to me. Our daughter is kicking #*! at UW Madison and our son is toiling away at Century College. I am grateful every day that he doesn't hate my guts anymore because I love him. I have now shared too much.
Before I owned a bookstore I enjoyed gardening, cooking, beading, reading and walking my rescue pooch, Bo. The sweetest, scared dog ever.
Two things I've been proud of in recent years: I taught myself how to sell on ebay and etsy and sold $4-5,000 of stuff last year. #2 I am a proud member of the Climate Project.

Thanks for the positive message, Sue! We can use those messages in the community. :D I know the teachers will feel the efficacy of their work when they have time to discuss lesson design and feedback to students once a week.
Regards, Laura
