According to the electric sign outside the new Walgreens store at 141 Carmichael Road, the city's new drug store is set to open at 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 21.
The 14,490-square-foot building has the familiar-looking brick and glass facade typical of most Walgreens stores, along with a drive-through lane to the north and a service area to the west.
The drug store will compete with several other pharmacies in town, including , , , , and .
