Patch Editors Place Friendly Wager on Packers-Vikings Playoff Game
A six-pack of locally brewed beer is at stake in a friendly wager between the Hudson Patch editor and the Stillwater Patch editor on Saturday's Packers-Vikings playoff game. Post your trash talk and photos.
Hudson Patch Editor Micheal Foley, a Packers fan, and Stillwater Patch Editor Shawn Hogendorf, a Vikings fan, are each putting their beer where their mouth is in the form of a friendly wager on Saturday's Packers-Vikings playoff game.
If Green Bay wins, Foley will receive a six-pack of Lift Bridge Brewing's Chestnut Hill beer brewed in Stillwater, and if Minnesota wins, Hogendorf will receive a six-pack of American Sky Beer's Tailgunner Gold beer brewed in Hudson.
According to WCCO, Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt and Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak placed a food wager on the game earlier this week:

If the Vikings win, Mayor Rybak will get BelGioioso cheese, Sno-Cap Root Beer from Titletown Brewing Company and Beernsten’s candies — all from Green Bay. If the Packers win, Mayor Schmitt will receive house-made sausages from Minneapolis restaurant Butcher and the Boar.
The game will take place 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, and it will be aired on NBC.
