Hudson National Night Out is Tuesday

"This year will mark the 30th anniversary of National Night Out in America and we hope it will be the biggest yet in Hudson," the Hudson Police Department's Facebook status update reads.

August is right around the corner, and with the final month of summer comes National Night Out.

This year, National Night Out in Hudson will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 6.

If anyone is planning a block party, and you wish to have a Hudson Police Officer stop by, call Officer Traci Hall at 715-386-4771 or send her an email at thall@ci.hudson.wi.us.

Officer Hall is the department’s community support officer and she works with Neighborhood watch groups to help them get the most out of their events and activities. Residents can also check with Hall for a list of local parties at which the HPD will appear.
